Consultation on Conscience

Learning, Leadership, and Action 

The Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism's (RAC) flagship social justice conference, the Consultation on Conscience! This in person immersive event is held in Washington, DC. Participants engage in learning, leadership development, and dialogue around urgent issues with policy experts, thought leaders, and fellow activists. The conference culminates with a Lobby Day on Capitol Hill, during which we will advocate for our Reform Jewish values.

Irving J. Fain Awards

The biennial Irving J. Fain Awards honor URJ congregations doing exemplary work to bring about a world filled with wholeness, justice, and compassion.

Bernard and Audre Rapoport L'Taken Social Justice Seminars

Every year, the L'Taken Seminars expose thousands of high school students to a variety of public policy issues, Jewish values, and advocacy skills, culminating with a day of direct advocacy with members of Congress on Capitol Hill.
