Listening Campaign Facilitator Training (For RAC-OH and Beyond)

Come learn how to be a facilitator for the RAC's Listening Campaign in Ohio and beyond! At a time of increased polarization and challenges facing our communities, hearing from one another is a critical step towards building the power we need to create a more whole and just society. We will teach you what the campaign is, why we are doing this work, what being a facilitator means, and how to host a productive and impactful conversation. We will also share all the tools you need to plan and lead your conversation.
