Here is some information for off-site trips during the L’Taken seminar.

Off-Site Places in DC

National Mall

We will spend both off-site trips at the National Mall. Pick Up/Drop Off location is at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, The National Air and Space Museum, and the National History Museum.

Most Smithsonian Museums are free and open to anyone at all times. However, the African American History and Air and Space Museums require timed-entry tickets that only cost the $1 processing fee.

Additionally, the US Holocaust Memorial Museum is not a Smithsonian Museum, and does require timed-entry tickets, also for the $1 processing fee.

We recommend making ticket reservations around 2 PM on Saturday and 3 PM on Sunday.

Georgetown

For Saturday dinner, we will be out in the Georgetown neighborhood of DC for free time. Pick Up/Drop Off location is at Wisconsin Ave NW & K Street NW.

We recommend making making dinner reservations around 5 PM on Saturday. We know this may seem like the early bird special! However, Georgetown is a popular neighborhood and it's Saturday night. This will also ensure that your group is able to eat and rejoin the bus at the scheduled time.
