The Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism and DC-area Reform congregations are supporting congregations and congregants marching in solidarity for women’s rights and equality in Washington, DC on January 21, 2017

WASHINGTON – On Saturday, January 21, 2017, the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism is hosting Nosh, Pray, March, starting at 8:30am with a Shabbat Prayer Service at the Hyatt Regency Washington. The Shabbat worship experience will be led by local clergy from DC-area Reform congregations.
The Reform Movement will also welcome U.S. Representative Jacky Rosen of Nevada. The popular response to this event has been overwhelming, with over 1,200 registered to attend the pre-march service and more planning on visiting throughout the day.
After the service concludes at 9:30am, Reform Movement activists will march to the rally on the National Mall. En route, they will join with Jewish activists and allies who have gathered separately at Sixth & I Historic Synagogue and continue walking together to the Women’s March on Washington.
