The White House made significant cuts to climate pollution in 2022 but can and must do more to achieve their goal of cutting pollution in half by 2030. Through this campaign, we can move the Biden administration to limit harmful chemicals like soot, smog, carbon and mercury. This page will continue to update throughout the Power for Purpose Campaign with the most timely actions you can take.

From now through July 24, the White House is accepting comments on rules to limit carbon pollution from power plants that are a top driver of climate change. The proposed cuts are an important step forward and with our voices we can encourage the White House to adopt the strongest possible carbon rules.
