RAC-NY is an effort by Reform lay and clergy leaders across the state to build a powerful network to make New York more merciful and more just.
We are excited to announce that registration is now open for RAC-NY’s Albany Advocacy Day, taking place on Monday, March 16! Join leaders from across the state to connect with one another, learn and train together, and lobby our elected leaders.

RAC-NY has selected an immigrant justice bill called “Protect Our Courts” as our first 2020 campaign. The legislation would bar ICE from arresting anyone going to, attending, or leaving court without a valid warrant — helping stem a 1,700 percent increase in these arrests since 2016.
RAC-NY leaders chose to take on this issue for several reasons: a continued connection to our undocumented neighbors and the immigrant justice groups we worked together with on Green Light NY, and helping our state and local courts function free from ICE interference.
Join hundreds of Reform Jewish leaders and our coalition partners in Albany on March 16 to connect with leaders from Rochester to Roslyn, learn more about “Protect Our Courts,” and meet with your representatives to advocate for this important bill.
