In Memory of Rabbi Lynne Landsberg

Several photos of Rabbi Lynne Landsberg as an inspirational speaker about disability rights

I don't speak because I have the power to speak; I speak because I don't have the power to remain silent" – Rabbi A.Y. Kook

The light that was extinguished from this world when Rabbi Lynne Landsberg recently passed away is immeasurable, as is her impact on forging a more just, inclusive society. As a pioneering advocate for disability rights, women’s and reproductive rights, social justice issues, and as a pulpit Rabbi and longtime executive at the Religious Action Center, Rabbi Lynne Landsberg worked tirelessly throughout her career to advocate for equality and inclusion, and the progress that she inspired will be felt for generations to come. Her immense contributions to the Jewish people and to stand and preach truth to power for the vulnerable, the weak, the differently abled, and all those who needed a champion for justice and equal rights are extraordinary.

Please consider making a donation in Rabbi Landsberg’s memory to the RAC, to support her legacy of pursuing a more just and compassionate society for all.
