Judicial Issues

On July 9, President Donald Trump nominated Judge Brett Kavanaugh of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to be an Associate Justice on the U.S. Supreme Court. The Senate will soon begin fulfilling its responsibility to provide “advice and consent” on the nominee.

As we have in the past, we will assist Senators in this task by suggesting lines of questioning on issues of key importance to the Reform Movement with the goal of learning more about Judge Kavanaugh’s record and fitness for holding office.
