The RAC has reserved a number of discounted rooms at the Grand Hyatt for registered participants, available at $299 USD per night. Information on reserving rooms will be sent in each registrant's confirmation email. Note: this group rate will be available from late October through April 26, 2019, or until all available rooms are booked.
Please keep in mind that we are not able to guarantee a lobby visit for late registrants (those who register after April 8, 2019). Late registrants are welcome to join a lobby visit that has already been scheduled, however, we are unable to schedule any additional lobby visits after April 8, 2019. If you plan to join us for lobbying on Tuesday afternoon, please plan to leave Capitol Hill no earlier than 3:30PM EST on Tuesday, May 21. If you cannot join us to lobby, Consultation programming will conclude at 11:30AM on Tuesday, May 21.

The hotel is connected to the Metro Center train station from the lobby allowing for convenient transportation on the Red, Silver, Blue and Orange metro lines. When exiting at Metro Center, follow the signs for 11th and G Street. After the turnstiles, go through the glass doors beneath the sign for the Grand Hyatt. This will bring you directly to the hotel lobby. The hotel is also convenient to the G8 Avondale Bus, 64 Fort Totten bus and X2 Minnesota Ave Station Bus. Plan your Metro trip here.
