Kara Weiner (she/her) is the Director of Social Justice Experiences at the RAC. She graduated from Muhlenberg College with a degree in Psychology and Education and has a M.Ed. in Education Policy from American University. Kara grew up in the Philadelphia area and spent 20 years as a camper, staff member, and supervisor at URJ Camp Harlam.

Over the 2024-2025 season, we brought 1,800 Jewish high schoolers from across the US to join us in Washington, D.C. over our five seminars. They visited the sites, met other Reform teens from coast to coast, learned about social justice and advocacy, and made their voices heard on Capitol Hill.
