Programs:

  • RAC's Bernard and Audre Rapoport L'Taken Social Justice Seminars - a four-day kallah for high school students, in Washington, DC, focusing on Jewish values and social justice.
  • NFTY Mitzvah Corps has four exciting programs to offer to upcoming 10th, 11th and 12th graders this summer. Mitzvah Corps are tikkun olam based summer programs around the United States from one week to six weeks long. The four programs being offered that are residentially-based for 2007 are Bay Area Mitzvah Corps (San Francisco, CA), Mitzvah Corps of the South (Utica, MS), Urban Mitzvah Corps (New Brunswick, NJ) and Mitzvah Corps at Kutz (Warwick, NY).
  • The URJ Kutz Campus for Reform Jewish Teen Life in Warwick, New York offers incoming high school students the opportunity to spend 4 weeks learning about social action, advocacy and leadership, focusing on the pertinent issues of the day.  Students will learn how to make their voices and opinions heard through lessons on organizing and governmental lobbying.  Interested students are encourage to apply for the Heller Social Action Scholarship to Kutz Camp.
