The fence is a complicated matter and persuasive arguments can be made both for and against its construction. In this publication, we have compiled opinions from all sides of the debate that may be used as a resource for understanding the issue. This is not a comprehensive analysis of the issue but the arguments included mention many of the concerns raised by proponents and opponents of the fence.
