Rabbi David Segal of Aspen Jewish Congregation in Aspen, CO will be participating in the local Fire Department's commemoration ceremony as well as co-hosting an interfaith service of music, prayer and reflection.

Fordson: Faith, Fasting, Football & the American Dream
Temple Judea Mizpah of Skokie, IL, in partnership with local faith groups, will view Fordson, a film about a predominantly Arab-American high school football team in a working-class Detroit suburb.

Reflection Ceremony
Temple Israel of West Palm Beach, FL will co-host a service of reflection using poetry, images, music and meditation. [Flyer]

Shabbat Service with Name- Reading & Sculpture Display
Temple Concord's (Binghamton, NY) service will include name-reading and a display of a sculpture of a Pentagon grey base, two towers and the number 93, created with the help of Rabbi Barbara Goldman-Wartell in 2002.

Interfaith Community Remembrance
B'nai Yehuda Beth Sholom of Homewood, IL, in partnership with the local Ministerial Association, will participate in a remembrance ceremony with local clergy, the high school choir and orchestra.

Community Projects of Memorial

Out of Many One: An Interfaith Remembrance of the 10th Anniversary of 9/11/01
Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple, in partnership with local faith groups has created a special video and community remembrance event. [Video]

Rabbi Darryl Crystal of Congregation Mickve Israel in Savannah, GA will be dedicating his sermon to 9/11 as well as include a remembrance in the service.

9/11: A Day of Caring for Our Planet, Education & Action

Multicultural Market Day & Interfaith Memorial Event
Temple B'nai Israel of Laconia, NH will celebrate diversity by participating in a Multicultural Market Day of ethnic food, entertainment and a community flag parade as well as a memorial event at a local church.
