Since the industrial revolution, atmospheric levels of carbon dioxide have increased by more than 30 percent to levels unsurpassed in the past 160,000 years.

The House recently passed the the historic American Clean Energy and Security Act, and the debate now moves to the Senate. We can solve our enviornmental and economic crises with clean energy solutions, but we all must raise on our voices on this critical issue today.
