Isaac Nuell is the Religious Action Center's Manager of Congregational Social Action and oversees much of our program support, resource development, and strategic partnerships. He joined the RAC as a Conference Planner in 2009, and spent the three years prior working with NFTY, the Reform Movement's youth organization.
A Tennessee native, Isaac is a proud product of Congregation Micah (Nashville, TN) and Reform high school and college programs. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2005, where he received his Bachelor's in Aerospace. In 2008 he completed his Master's at the University of Denver's Josef Korbel School of International Studies, with a thesis exploring the compatibility of Zionism and human rights, and the roles of both in Middle Eastern relations.
Isaac's knack for social justice stems from his upbringing in the American South and his experiences traversing the globe, especially his time as a participant on Semester at Sea.
